Title: Caution: Disappointing Experience with Vantage I recently had a troubling experience with Vantage that I feel compelled to share. I signed up for their one-year account management service, hoping for a positive outcome. Unfortunately, things took a turn for the worse. My initial investment of $2,500 vanished in just one day. Despite the market showing signs of buying opportunities, my account manager continued to make selling decisions that didn't align with market trends. Moreover, I noticed discrepancies in transaction records, with some trades not appearing in my history. Profitable trades were left open, only to be closed at a loss. Communication with my account manager became impossible as my messages and calls went unanswered. After being advised to deposit more funds, I did so, only to see my balance wiped out once again. Trades were closed without any margin calls, leaving me perplexed and frustrated. I strongly advise others to exercise caution when considering Vantage. My experience suggests that their practices may not be in the best interest of their clients.

I've generally had a positive experience using Vantage for forex trading, as the platform is efficient and offers some really useful account features. However, I’ve been quite disappointed with their customer service. When I submitted two support tickets, it took over a week to receive any response. Additionally, the phone number listed on their support page seems to be non-functional. This isn't just my issue; many members of my online copy trading community have reported the same problem. It makes me question the purpose of listing a phone number that doesn’t work. Is it merely for appearances? Furthermore, several of us have encountered issues with the live chat feature. After waiting in the queue for 10 to 20 minutes, we often reach the front only to be met with a message stating that the chat isn't available and to try again later. This is incredibly frustrating. Vantage, while your platform itself is impressive, your customer support needs significant improvement. Please address these issues.

I recently attempted to withdraw £500, but the funds were mistakenly sent to an account I had closed some time ago, which I can no longer access. Five months ago, I requested that this account be removed from my Vantage profile, and they promised to send me a link to do it myself. They also assured me that any withdrawal would be processed using the original deposit method, into the same account. Yet now, they claim the money was sent to the closed account. For the past two weeks, I've been reaching out for help, only to be told repeatedly that they're waiting on a response from their team. This situation has been incredibly stressful and draining. When I do get a response, it takes ages—sometimes up to 15 minutes—and they mention they're handling multiple queries at once. I'm in urgent need of assistance to retrieve my funds. Any guidance on how to resolve this issue would be greatly appreciated.
