I wish I could give a lower rating. Avoid using ROBINHOOD at all costs. Their customer service is non-existent; you’ll only interact with a virtual assistant and won't have access to a direct phone line or personal email for any real human contact. The only option available is their generic help email, which mirrors the virtual chat experience. I strongly advise against entrusting your investments with them. Consider this a warning.

Avoid this broker at all costs. I experienced a security breach and was unable to access my account. Despite providing them with my phone details and other information, they simply shut down my account without offering any help or support. In my opinion, a class action lawsuit should be considered against this company. It's truly a disappointing and poorly managed operation.

Terrible experience. Whenever I attempt to withdraw funds, particularly on Fridays, I find myself having to take random selfies. It seems like these issues arise just when my bank balance is running low. This is by far the most frustrating investment firm I've ever encountered.

After reading reviews on NerdWallet and Forbes, I regret not paying attention to the feedback on Trustpilot. My experience with Robinhood has been extremely frustrating. It took five days just to deposit my funds, and when I tried to convert them to cryptocurrency, they imposed a limit on how much I could send. To make matters worse, my account was flagged without any explanation, preventing me from transferring my money when I needed it most. There's no option to increase these limits, which is incredibly disappointing. Once I manage to withdraw my funds, I'll be closing my account and advising others to avoid Robinhood entirely. The essence of cryptocurrency is quick and easy access to your money, but Robinhood complicates it more than a traditional bank account.

Reaching out to Robinhood is incredibly frustrating. When you call, you're met with automated messages, and the chat support seems to be just bots. Actual human agents are nowhere to be found. I've spent 4, 5, and even 3 hours waiting before finally deciding to write this review.

As a small business owner, I was quite content with Robinhood until the recent holiday period changed my perspective entirely. Unfortunately, due to a frustrating experience, I've decided to withdraw all my funds and close my account. Since last Friday (and today is Monday), my account has been restricted, preventing me from accessing my money. This has led to declined bill payments and even a blocked deposit. After finally reaching their support team, I was told it might take another two to three days to resolve the issue. I'm left wondering how to manage my expenses, as all my funds are tied up in this account. I can't pay bills, buy groceries, or withdraw any money, and I don't have an alternative account to rely on. This situation is simply unacceptable!

I've encountered several disappointing experiences with this service. Back in 2021, it took them two to three months to reply to my messages. Fast forward to 2024, and I haven't received any response or a return call. It makes me question their operational efficiency. Clearly, there's a need for significant improvements in their processes.

Robinhood initially seemed like a decent platform when I was depositing funds, but the real challenge began when I needed to make a transfer. The ordeal to get assistance was exhausting. Despite completing their lengthy process to request a callback, it took two full days to receive one. The customer service representative's attempts to assist were frustratingly ineffective, leaving me feeling a fifth grader might have been more helpful. I ended the call, hoping to resolve the issue on my own, but had no success. When I reached out to customer service again, it was already the third day, and after spending roughly 10 hours trying to get through, not only did they fail to return my call, but they also locked me out of my account due to their representative's incompetence. After another five days and countless hours, I finally received a callback, only to hear they would investigate why their staff seemed incapable of providing proper assistance, which led to my account being unnecessarily locked.

This company lacks professionalism and seems indifferent to customer concerns. Many users, including myself, have voiced complaints, yet no actions have been taken to address these issues. This attitude clearly demonstrates the company's disregard for its clients. On the advice of others, I decided to transition to Solic, and it has proven to be a beneficial choice for me. In contrast, Robinhood now feels like a relic of its former success.
