IronFX has proven to be quite problematic when it comes to handling withdrawals. I initially opened an account with them over five years ago, depositing $300 to take advantage of their trading bonuses. After some time, I decided to withdraw my funds. Unfortunately, I lost my credit card, and the process of getting my money back became unnecessarily complicated. It took numerous emails and phone calls before they finally transferred the funds to my bank account, and this took several months. I left $100 in my account, thinking I might return to trading someday. A few years later, I opted to withdraw this remaining amount and submitted a withdrawal request. However, I completely forgot about it until more than a year later, only to realize I had never received the funds. When I contacted their customer service, they repeatedly directed me to email the department responsible for processing refunds. Despite sending multiple follow-up emails, I never received any response. It seems they are quite eager to assist when you are depositing money, but once you want to withdraw, the support is lacking. My experience has left me feeling frustrated and disappointed with their service.

I decided to set up a Fixed Zero Spread account with IronFx, so I reached out to their customer support via email. The next day, a representative got in touch with me. I inquired about the possibility of deal cancellations at their company. The agent confirmed that it does occur frequently, which was quite surprising to hear.

I requested a refund from them starting on September 12, 2018, and continued to follow up until March 20, 2019. Unfortunately, my inquiries were consistently ignored, and my request was denied each time. The refund amount I was seeking was £125.

I have faced significant challenges trying to withdraw funds from my account. Despite numerous attempts to get assistance, I'm constantly redirected to different contacts and managers, yet no progress is made. For several years now, my withdrawal requests have remained unprocessed, seemingly stuck in limbo. While I can still engage in trading activities, accessing my funds has proven impossible. I've been with this broker for at least three years, and I've heard similar experiences from others. This issue seems to be a common problem, especially since the CHF crash when they began restricting withdrawals.

I've been a client of this brokerage for a few years, and during this time, I've noticed a pattern of unresponsiveness to emails, being shuffled from one representative to another, and encountering numerous hurdles whenever I need something. Despite being regulated by the FCA and CySEC, my confidence in these regulatory bodies has diminished due to their apparent lack of effective oversight. In my opinion, IronFX should lose its license to operate, as their conduct falls short of what one would expect from a European firm. I strongly advise against investing your time and money with them.

I've been with this broker for just two days, and it's already proving to be a disappointing experience compared to my accounts with ICMarkets, BDSwiss, and VantageFX. I deposited £250 here and £230 with BDSwiss. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I needed to withdraw from both. BDSwiss handled my withdrawal within a few hours, and I'm now just waiting for the funds to appear in my account. However, IronFX hasn't even started processing my request. I've sent two emails inquiring about the timeline for withdrawals, but I've received no response. I'm bracing myself for a wait of over a week to get my money back. It's important to remember that they have a history of complaints and fines from 2016 related to withdrawal refusals, so I would advise caution.
